Open Society Foundations Inclusion Best Practice report
The Open Society Foundations, founded by George Soros, are the world’s largest private funder of independent groups working for justice, democratic governance, and human rights. They provide thousands of grants every year through a network of national and regional foundations and offices, funding a vast array of projects — many of them now shaped by the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The digital report was designed in partnership with Carnstone, who were asked by the Open Society diversity, equity, and inclusion team to research current and best practices in building an inclusive workplace. The report aims to inspire and signpost further improvement at Open Society Foundations, particularly on the issues of race and gender and their intersections along the colleague life cycle.
The report had to adhere to the Open Society Foundations visual guidelines and we also liaised closely with their Picture Editor in New York, to ensure the report was on brand.
